We route signals across the best available language models and update our approach as those models improve. Staying current is core to the job, not an afterthought. If a better model ships, we are using it within days.
Evidence over opinion
Every decision Sova surfaces is backed by exact customer quotes. We hold the same bar internally: proposals come with data, and we measure what we ship. Intuition is a starting point, not a conclusion.
Small team, real ownership
At eleven people, there is no permission layer between an idea and shipping it. You own what you build, you talk directly to customers, and your work shows up in the product within days of finishing it.
Build the whole product
Ingestion, model routing, ranking, the dashboard, the API, the design system. Engineers and designers work across the stack and the surface. Specialists are welcome, but people who enjoy the full picture thrive here.

All roles are full-time and report directly to a co-founder. We hire for ability and care, not credentials. Remote is real: we run async-first with a San Francisco hub.
Founding Engineer
Full-timeBuild and maintain the ingestion layer that pulls customer signals from support platforms, call recording tools, review sites, and NPS exports into Sova's pipeline. Keep every insight traceable to the exact quote it came from, at the scale our fastest-growing customers need.

Applied AI / ML Engineer
Full-timeDesign the model routing and evidence extraction layers: choosing the right frontier or open model for each step, tuning the prompts that pull ranked themes and confidence scores from raw text, and shipping improvements as the model landscape shifts.

Product Engineer
Full-timeOwn the customer-facing product surface: the decision dashboard, the evidence viewer, the roadmap export flow, and the API developer experience. Work directly with customers to understand what makes ranked decisions usable in a real roadmap meeting or renewal call.
