CSV and JSON export, NPS ingestion, and call transcript support

  • Decisions and their full evidence chains now export to CSV and JSON from any board or decision view. Each row includes source, quote, confidence score, and the ranked decision it supported.
  • NPS response ingestion is live. Numeric scores and verbatim text both route through the signal pipeline and contribute to ranked decisions on what to build and why customers churn.
  • Call transcript support is generally available. Multi-speaker transcripts parse cleanly with speaker attribution preserved in evidence blocks, including recordings with cross-talk and disfluency.

Cancellation-reason parsing and weekly decision digest

  • Cancellation-reason ingestion is now live. Raw churn notes are parsed into ranked reason clusters automatically, with instance counts, representative quotes, and confidence scores per cluster.
  • Weekly decision digest delivers every Monday morning: your three top-ranked decisions, confidence scores, and the signal count behind each, in a single email summary.
  • Fixed: Cancellation entries with no recorded date were silently dropped at ingestion rather than queued with an inferred timestamp. All affected entries have been reprocessed.

Dashboard usage metering and model routing latency

  • Dashboard now shows per-seat signal usage with a rolling 30-day chart, so workspace admins can track where volume is concentrated and forecast against plan limits before the month closes.
  • Model routing latency reduced by 34% at the p99 path for workspaces on the auto-routing policy, driven by a new prefetch layer on high-frequency signal sources.
  • Fixed: A race condition when rapidly re-running a decision board produced duplicate evidence blocks in the output. The board now debounces concurrent run requests correctly.
